Peoria pays this virtual shooting lounge more than $600,000 to open in the city – Phoenix Business Journal

The move is part of Peoria’s P83 Building Reuse Program, which is an effort to attract not only new businesses, but foot traffic as well, in the P83 District south of Bell Road and 83rd Avenue.

Peoria has paid almost $1.5 dollars to two private businesses via what amounts to a cash subsidy with no contractual benefits. Can it be much longer before Scottsdale adopts this process?
